Creative Healing for Grief
Terms and Conditions
Refunds
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, so we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the first workshop on 1st February 2026. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before 1st February will receive a 50% refund. After this time, we’re unable to offer refunds, as materials, room hire, and preparation will already be in place. Thank you for understanding and honouring these arrangements.
Therapeutic Support
This two-afternoon workshop offers gentle, therapeutic support. However, it is not a substitute for ongoing counselling or psychotherapy. Because our time together is limited, the depth of therapeutic exploration we can offer is different from long-term therapy. If you feel you may need additional care alongside or after the workshop, we warmly encourage you to seek 1:1 support.
Confidentiality
We ask all participants to honour confidentiality. Anything personal that is shared within the group is to remain within the group. This creates a safe, respectful space where everyone feels held and protected.
Emotional Wellbeing
By joining the workshop, you agree to take care of your own wellbeing during the sessions. We will hold the space with kindness and grounding, and each participant remains responsible for their own emotional needs.
Crisis Support
Please note that this workshop cannot provide emergency or crisis support. If you are currently in acute distress or at risk, please contact your GP, local crisis team, NHS 111, or another trusted professional who can offer immediate help. You might also want to look at the Resources Page on Josie’s website with links to further support.
Personal Responsibility & Creative Expression
Participation is entirely voluntary, and each person is responsible for their own choices, creative expression, and personal boundaries throughout the workshop.
Use of Artwork Images
We love to honour the creative process. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you give us permission to photograph and share images of the artwork created during the workshop. These images will always be used with care, for promotional or educational purposes, and we will never include your name or any identifying details. Only the art itself will be shown, and you are very welcome to opt out at any time by letting us know.
Accessibility & Contact
If you have any questions or concerns about the workshop and accessibility you are welcome to get in touch with us. We will do our very best to support you and ensure your experience feels safe and supportive.
