Free Introductory Consultation

I offer you a free 30 minute phone conversation. You can ask me any questions, and find out more about how I can help you. It is free and is an opportunity for you to discover if I am the right counsellor for you - so there is no obligation. Book your call here

The First Session

If you would like to work with me following the free consultation, you can book an individual initial session. This session will give you a sense of what grief counselling feels like. It is also a further opportunity to see if my approach is the right fit for you, and if the time is right for you to have grief and loss counselling. The session is for one hour and the cost is at a discounted rate of £50.

Ongoing Sessions

Grief counselling is most effective when you have a series of sessions. In the previous session we'll discuss what will be most supportive for you and I will put together a package. For example, if you chose a package of 6 sessions you could pay in two discounted payments of £160 (with a saving of £40). However if you wish to pay as you go, the rate is £60 per hour.

Where We Meet

I offer sessions both online on Zoom and in person at the Ilkley Healing Centre

I work with people from all over the world on Zoom. And even if you are local to me you might prefer this option as it means you can fully relax in your own home. When you book with me you instantly get a Zoom link send to your inbox.

Or if you live within reach of Ilkley you might like to have sessions at The Ilkley Healing Centre. The centre has a truly healing atmosphere, having welcomed people to its oasis of calm for nearly 40 years. There is plenty of parking nearby. Just a note about accessiblity - my consulting room at The Ilkley Healing Centre is accessed by stairs.
